Hello all,I am looking for a roommate(only girls). I have this place at fort which I have furnished completely there is an AC, all the furniture, induction and everything you need here.The rent is 12k deposit is also 12k and 4k for the washing machine.The place is right next to GPO just 5 mins from CST Station and an extremely safe locality. There are no restrictions just boys not allowed.(strict orders from the owner).It is available for short term purpose as well. I won't bind you in any contact and my lease agreement ends in April.DM me if interested.
