The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and shelving. The rest of the flat is huge - we have a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, large garden and a massive basement with plenty of storage room. The apartment has sky tv and wireless broadband, and kitchen has all mod cons. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube, and about 12 min walk to Balham tube/rail. Close to pubs and shops on Balham high street, we're also a short journey to Clapham with even more places to socialise! You would be sharing with two girls in their twenties, both professionals. Very friendly and easygoing, we both like a drink and a laugh, and the odd glass of wine in the evening. Both of us have busy careers and active social lives, so are not around the flat all the time, but like to get together when we are. The lease currently runs until the 31st of Jan at which point we can renew - so deposit will be required then, but not initially.
