It is a 2 BHK Flat with east facing balcony and Modular Kitchen located on First Floor and 5 mins from Nirman Vihar metro station.My room has attached washroom. Another single room along with washroom is available for other occupant. The room am offering has a double bed,inbuilt cupboard along with dressing mirror and ceiling fan.The house has living area that can be used as a common space, the kitchen has RO installed and exhaust fan.Flat has a separate 500ltrs tank so water supply is not an issue.There is big desert cooler too. bathrooms have geyser installed.. Kitchen has gas stove and two small cylinders and I have basic utensils.Ac fridge is something we could think about in future.
